Internet the Collective Mind
The Internet is nothing more than a collective conscience! You don’t have to experience much to overcome one obstacle, someone else already experienced! You can recall it from the Internet (the collective brain) and try to solve it!
How we think and do things in our life from young age, we learn to overcome everything empirically. So if we ride a bicycle without holding the handles on rough terrains, we much likely fall immediately. But we have the information that we must hold the handles in order to go farther distance, so we hold on to it. The same works with the Internet too. If we have any doubts or questions about something and if we do not find that information from a person near by, we immediately search the Internet, most commonly using Google search engine. If we have vacation plans we visit sites that have comments from people that already went there and we read their experience, so if it suites us we go to that place too. For learning things is also very, very useful to use the Internet in any area of knowledge, even agriculture. We learn how many people died in some conflict or war so we know the truth about how bad this is and stop doing it. If we have relationship problems we can search advice from experienced to better our love lives and use it in everyday life.
This is why the Internet is here in first place. To share our thoughts (blog posts), to share information, research, observation, experience, or experiment. This how our brain works and it works empirically, and this is clearly shown in child’s beginning of live. That is why the young generation is known smarter then the old one, it shares the information from the previous one and use it to learn new stuff to leave that information to the next. And if we think as one brain, which is connected through the Internet, then we’ll become more natural and better connected with nature and share the problems or solutions in this organism called Earth.

What brought me to this site/blog/whatever?
I’m sitting to my desk, doing nothing/thinking. Everybody in my office are on vacation beside me. Suddenly I recall the quote from the “La femme Nikita” television serie where Madeline said: “Tell your colleagues to do the possible…then the impossible…and then the unthinkable, until he’s out of danger. Because when you’re finished, Doctor, that room will contain either four living men… or four corpses.” I remembered only three words from this quote for sure: possible, impossible and unthinkable. I like this quote. I recalled it on few occasions yet. So I decided to find a full quote. I wrote in Google search engine those three words. And bingo. In a matter of second, I found what I wanted.
This is not the first time I found something so fast that comes through my mind. This happen’s regularly. Would it be possible just 10 or 15 years ago? I’m sure not.
So I decided to write other three words in the search engine: internet and collective mind. Bingo. This is the site it brought me to. Interesting, isn’t it?
Many other times I wanted to find something, some trivia, some stupidity that came to my mind, I’d start to write on search engine and wouldn’t even finish, when he would give me what I wanted, sometimes even as a first suggestion.
