Vigrx Plus is a powerful male supplement that works for almost anybody. They tend to be completely over- processed. They’re usually pasteurized, which means they’ve been prepared at super high temperatures that basically kills all of the good things that you want to eat fermented foods for male supplements.
So if you’re buying them in the supermarket…I love buying them at the farmer’s market. You can find them in lots of different communities, at co-ops and that sort of thing. But if you buy them in the supermarket, just make sure that you look for raw, fermented foods with real Vigrx Plus ingredients.
So I just wanted to put that out there because I see people going and buying like cans of sauerkraut. And you’re just wasting your money. But the thing is there are healthy enzymes that we know that are present in foods like vegetables and that sort of thing. And when you ferment them, it just flourishes. And it creates this really beautiful environment of things like enzymes and probiotics and minerals. All of those things that are really important for us to populate our gut and our intestines with this healthy bacteria so that we’re properly digesting our food using real supplements. Digestion is everything with male supplements. Like you work a lot with digestion and detoxing. And you know it’s. It doesn’t matter what you’re eating, if you’re properly breaking it down so you can absorb the nutrients, you’re not going to get any benefits. And so what these fermented foods do is really set the landscape for that to happen. So they’re amazing. And they also help to get rid of toxins in the body, which is obviously a great thing to use Vigrx. There’s a lot of them. I’ll mention a few of just my favorites. Again, sauerkraut, kind of a no-brainer. There’s kimchi, which is from a fermented cabbage preparation, really awesome. There’s a miso, which is a fermented soy food. And I don’t love soy, just for the record. I don’t do soy milk. I don’t recommend soy in general. The only exception to that, there’s actually a couple of exceptions, is miso and nato just because they’re that natural fermented. And I still don’t love huge amounts of it. But if you’re going to do any soy, this should be it for real supplements.
So, I mean, I’d really been through it, Josh. I mean just crazy life, just struggling like trying to cope. And that night I’m sitting there, and I’m just like, “Wow.” I felt like I had been fighting my entire life. And I was just really sick of fighting. I just was. I was just so tired, Josh, like mentally and emotionally and physically. And so I decided, “I just don’t want to do this anymore. I really don’t.” And I sat there. And the more it started to sink in that I was no longer going to be on this planet, I started asking why. And I kept saying, “Why me? Like why me? Why is all of these crazy things happen to me? Not just one or two. It’s been chaotic my whole life.” And the more I asked the question, and the tears are just streaming down my face, and I’m completely broken open, I started to get angry.
